Join the No. 1 Be-friending Agency group events, explore your heritage and make connections with others in your local area!
Loneliness and isolation can affect anyone. The No. 1 Be-friending Agency’s group befriending events are a great way to make connections and try something new.

Every Monday in January (9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th) from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
Virtual events
The No. 1 Be-friending Agency also runs virtual group befriending sessions, including:
- Wellbeing exercises
- Art sessions
- Quizzes and debates
- Heritage activities
Come along to connect with others.
Weekly sessions:
- Monday (2 to 3pm)
- Wednesdays (11am to 12 noon)
- Fridays (2 to 3pm)
