Our second walk of 2025 will be on Saturday 1 February (postponed from 25 January) and will go to Maryhill Locks.

Meet on Queen Margaret Bridge at the junction with Queen Margaret Road at 2pm, opposite our noticeboard.

12:00 pm: Volunteering at Ruchill Park


Join the Countryside Rangers to participate in light conservation tasks around the park to improve biodiversity and access.

Meet at the entry to the grass meadow and ponds about 100 metres from the gate on Firhill Road. Look for the white GCC van.

11:00 am: Claypits Green & Clean Team


Join the Claypits Green & Clean Team monthly litter-pick and tidy the third Sunday of each month.

Meet at Applecross Basin 11am.
